Let’s look at a recap of K-pop music shows from this week.

3/27 KBS Music Bank: NCT 127 – Kick it

Friday saw NCT 127 earn their first win for “Kick It,” which was also performed on the show. The single was released three weeks ago. The song was paired against “ON” from BTS to win the show.

The album comes off of NCT #127 Neo Zone and seen Western success, peaking at number five on the Billboard 200 charts. Down this week by 42 spots, the album now sits at 47, parallel to Travis Scott projects JACKBOYS and ASTROWORLD.

The previous project by NCT 127 was mini-album We Are Superhuman, spearheaded by single “Superhuman.” In-between the time of that release and “Kick It,” 127 members Taeyong and Mark recorded for the debut album of SuperM.
